Why are my videos not playing?

 If you did not succeed in viewing the videos, here are the sequence of steps you should follow to configure your CPU.  Visit the  QuickTime Download page to download and install the latest version of QuickTime.  You will be ask to enter your email and specify  your operating system.  Once installed restart your browser and try again.
